T.I Back in Federal Custody After Being Released From Prison!

  T.I. was released from an Arkansas low-security prison this past Wednesday. Not even enough time to unpack, T.I. was taken back into custody by the Federal Bureau of Prisons on Thursday due to a "transportation issue". T.I. who's real name is Clifford Harris was transported from prison to a halfway house in Atlanta by way of his tinted luxury tour bus. Now according to his lawyer Steve Sadow,

“There appears to be confusion surrounding the method of transportation. We don’t have any more details at this time. We are awaiting the opportunity to quickly resolve whatever the issue may be that the Federal Bureau of Prisons has with T.I.’s method of transportation so that T.I. can return to the halfway house to complete the remaining days of his sentence.”

 I'm not exactly sure how the prison system works but what difference does it make what kind of car, plane bus picks you up from prison. This just sounds so bizzare to me...sounds like they don't want my boy to come home and live his life.
Now other sources are saying that it may not have been the transportation issue but the fact that four other vehicles following the tour bus with the camera crews for his new reality show on VH1. The camera crew, paired with paparazzi who released photos of T.I walking into the Halfway house posed a security breach for not only TI, but the other inmates residing at the Halfway house as well.
According to a writer from the Associated Press reports that:

You can be picked up from prison by whatever mode of transportation you want. Federal authorities can not regulate that. What they can regulate is exposure to federally funded halfway homes. It was not the lavish bus that was the problem per se, but it was the lavish bus, and four car loads of camera crew pulling up to the Federally Funded halfway house that was the issue. In some of the pictures, if you look closely, the name of the facility is even shown. This is a breach of security for not just him, but all other inmates being housed in the halfway house. He is back in federal custody (not to be confused with prison) so that they may move him to another halfway house. Hope this clarity will help your readers.

After years of speculation, there's no need for it now. It's no secret and neither does she want it to be, that she's pregnant. Beyonce' revealed to the world that she is definitely preggo on the VMA's last night. On the red carpet you can find B holding a little belly and very proud of her baby bump, just as she should be. B Day stated in earlier interviews that she wanted to start a family by the time she was 30 and she'll be turning 30 next month. Seems like her life is moving right on schedule. Congrats to the couple and good luck B on your pregnancy!

SMH Edition: DMX Arrested....Again!

After just being released from an Arizona prison less than a month ago, DMX was arrested on Aug. 24 for speeding. Apparently he was celebrating his prison release by driving his Chrysler 300 102 mph in a 65 mph zone. DMX was later charged with reckless driving, speeding and suspicion of criminal speeding, some shit I've never even heard of, Damn DMX, all while driving on a suspended license.

Now it's been reported that D is filing a suit againt the Arizona Police. He states that,

I was going 85 miles per hour... I know for a fact I didn't go more than 90... I'm used to driving fast, I'm a New Yorker... but I constantly look at the speedometer when I'm driving... I need to make sure I don't drive too fast.

He continued:

I plan on suing... and I plan on suing for harassment... I'm in discussions with multiple lawyers who are not afraid to go against the system in helping me clear my name because I have been harassed.

Although his argument may be true he's been arrested in Arizona 10 times alone, so we know that police do target rich black men, but damn even more so when you give them a reason. Maybe he's trying to match his arrest record with the number of children he has. Well whatever it is DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, has been working on a new album entitled "Redemption of the Beast" and with all the time he's spending in jail he won't ever get back to what's important, his music and his children. Speaking of children, he announced his new addition to the world on BET's 106 and park recently.

He explained how he named his new daughter after the singer and one of his close friends, Aaliyah. He states that he named his daughter Aaliyah because "that's just how special she was to me". Check out the 106 & Park clip below.
