Charli "Chuck B More" Baltimore (born Tiffany Lane August 16, 1974 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is a Grammy nominated female rapper who came to the mid and late 90s and is best known for his relationship with The Notorious BIG .. .

Naming himself after Geena Davis' character in the film The Long Kiss Goodnight Baltimore made their first appearance in the music business in 1996 with Junior MAFIA's Get Money Video By genuine connections that led her to a recording contract with Lance Un Riviera Her first video was 1997 hit Money that appears on Woo movie soundtrack with employees as Cam'ron and NORE Baltimore recorded her debut album, Cold as Ice, which contained songs such as Money Pimp Da 1 U Love NBC and Stand Up Unfortunately her album was never released as a result of progressive friction between her and the label after a five years long break Charli Baltimore signed on Murder Inc Records (currently Inc) by CEO Irv Gotti After constant album delays she leemnade label she appeared in songs like Down 4 U Down Ass Bitch and Rain On Me (Remix)
In 2002, she earned a Grammy Award nomination for Best Female Rap Solo Performance for his single Diary
In 2008 Charli has stated that she is signed back with the Inc and Irv Gotti.
Now Charli is back and gearing up for the release of a new single, titled "All Eyes" featuring Maino, coming later this month. Her full album, True Lies, is set for July.
