NEW YORK, Aug. 6 (UPI) -- Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer, stars of the U.S. cable giant HBO vampire series "True Blood," are engaged, representatives confirmed for People magazine.
Pakin, 27, who portrays telepathic Sookie Stackhouse on the otherworldly series, is originally from New Zealand and won the 1994 Oscar for her supporting role in "The Piano."
Moyer, 39, from Essex, England, plays vampire Bill Compton on the series. He has a son and a daughter from previous relationships
